This Cancellation & Refund Policy describes how SaleFunnel, an AI-powered SaaS product by Productimate AI Solutions, handles cancellations, renewals, and refunds for subscriptions and other payments.
By subscribing to or making a payment for SaleFunnel, you agree to the terms set out in this policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription & Billing
- SaleFunnel is offered on a subscription basis (for example, monthly or annual plans) and may include usage-based or feature add-ons as communicated on our pricing page or in your order form.
- All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay) using the payment method you provide.
- By initiating a payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment instrument for the chosen billing period.
3. No Refunds & No Post-Payment Cancellation
All payments made to SaleFunnel are final. Once a payment has been successfully completed:
- No refunds will be issued for that billing period or transaction.
- No cancellation or reversal of the payment will be processed for that billing period or transaction.
This applies to all subscription charges, add-ons, and other one-time fees, irrespective of your level of usage, whether or not you actively use the platform after purchase, or any change of mind.
Where applicable laws or regulations require that we provide refunds or cancellation rights in specific situations, we will comply with those requirements for eligible customers and jurisdictions.
4. Plan Changes & Auto-Renewal
- You may be able to change your plan (for example, upgrade or downgrade) from within your account or by contacting our team. Details of how changes affect billing will be shared at the time of change.
- If your plan is set to auto-renew, the subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file.
- You can typically disable auto-renewal anytime before the next billing date. In such a case, your subscription will not renew, but no refund will be provided for the current active billing period.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While our standard policy is strictly no refunds and no post-payment cancellation, in rare and exceptional circumstances we may review specific cases, for example:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a technical issue on our side.
- Confirmed fraudulent transactions where your payment instrument was used without authorisation.
- Other cases where a refund is clearly mandated by applicable law.
Any such refunds, if approved, will be made only to the original payment method used for the transaction, through our payment gateway partners, within a commercially reasonable timeframe (subject to bank or card issuer timelines).
6. How to Get Help
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or encounter any issue related to billing, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- The email ID associated with your SaleFunnel account.
- The payment date and amount.
- Payment reference / transaction ID (for example, Razorpay payment ID) if available.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the details and respond with next steps. Note that this review does not guarantee a refund; it is only to assess whether your case falls within the narrow exceptions described above or any applicable legal requirement.
7. Access & Data After Cancellation
- If you turn off auto-renewal or your subscription lapses due to non-payment, your access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period that has already been paid for.
- After your subscription expires, you may lose access to certain features, workspaces, or data created within SaleFunnel, in line with our data retention practices.
- We may retain certain information as required for legal, security, and audit purposes, including records of payments and subscription history, and such data may be stored in our infrastructure (e.g., AWS services and Supabase) in hashed and/or encrypted form where appropriate.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business, subscription models, payment partners, or applicable regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
